The pose is all-Nicole however - hand on hip, jutting shoulder and sultry smirk. The pattern is a clever choice, taking the focus off her belly, and the keyhole draws the attention to her chest. Be in no doubt - Nicole is a style icon first and a mum-to-be second. Love it.
